Attended (Warm/Supervised) Transfer: Demonstrates how to perform an attended transfer, where you connect with the recipient before completing the transfer:
While on an active call, click the Transfer button.
Enter the extension or phone number of the intended recipient.
Choose the “Supervised” or “Attended Transfer” option (often labeled as ATXFER), which places the original call on hold and connects you to the recipient first.
After speaking with the recipient and confirming they are ready to take the call, click “Complete Attended Transfer” to finalize the process.
Alternatively, you can return to the previous call or end the call if needed.
Blind Transfer: Explains how to perform a blind transfer, sending the call directly to another extension without prior consultation:
While on a call, click Transfer.
Enter the target extension.
Select the “Blind Transfer” option to immediately transfer the call without speaking to the recipient.
Transferring Calls Between Devices: Shows how to seamlessly switch an active call between your devices:
With an active call on the desktop application, select to transfer the call to another device, such as your desk phone or mobile app.
For example, choose “Desk Phone” to have the call ring on your desk phone and answer it there, or select “Mobile App” to switch the call to your mobile device.
While on the new device, you retain the ability to transfer, park, or end the call as needed.
