This guide shows you how to log in to Orbit (RingFree) as a customer admin or end user. You will also learn what to do if you forgot your password and how to log out safely.
By the end, you will know how to:
Log in to Orbit using your email address and password
Reset your password using a one-time code
Create a strong password that meets Orbit requirements
Confirm you are logged in and find the left navigation menu
Log out from Orbit
You need your designated email address for Orbit (your login email may be different from someone else’s).
You need access to that email inbox to receive a one-time code during password reset.
Open your browser
Go to orbit.ringfree.com
Type your designated email address
Click Continue
Your email is your username for Orbit.
Enter your password
Click the button to log in / sign in
If your password is correct, Orbit will take you into the portal.
If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot password option on the password screen.
Click Forgot password
Orbit will send a one-time code to your email
Return to the Orbit reset screen
Enter the one-time code you received
Submit or verify to continue
After the code is accepted, you will be asked to set a new password.
Your new password must be:
12 characters or more
Include uppercase letters
Include lowercase letters
Include numbers
Include special characters
Use a pattern like this:
A short phrase + numbers + special character
Example pattern: WordWord123!
Do not reuse old passwords.
Enter your new password
Confirm it if prompted
Save the password
Log in again using the new password
Once logged in, you will see a left-side navigation menu with different options depending on your access level.
Customer admins usually see more admin tools
End users may see fewer items
When you are done, log out to keep your account secure.
Look at the lower left corner
Click Log out
