Before you start (quick checklist)

• Connect to Wi-Fi (faster and avoids mobile data charges).
• Plug in or have 50%+ battery.
• Know your sign-in (username & password), just in case the app asks after updating.

iPhone & iPad (iOS)

Option A: Update from the App Store “Updates” list

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile picture (top-right).
3. Scroll to Available Updates.
4. Find RingFree Communicator and tap Update.
   - Don’t see it? Pull down on the list to refresh.

Option B: Update from the app’s store page

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap Search and type RingFree Communicator.
3. Tap the app in the results.
4. If you see Update, tap it. (If you only see Open, you’re already up to date.)

Turn on automatic updates

1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
2. Tap App Store.
3. Turn on App Updates.
   - Optional: Under Automatic Downloads, you can also enable App Updates over cellular, but Wi-Fi is recommended.

Check your installed version (optional)

1. Open RingFree Communicator → look for About (often under Settings or Profile).
2. Or, on the App Store page, scroll to Version History to see the latest version number.
