Before you start (quick checklist)

• Connect to Wi-Fi (faster and avoids mobile data charges).
• Plug in or have 50%+ battery.
• Know your sign-in (username & password), just in case the app asks after updating.

Option A: Update from “Manage apps & device”

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon (top-right).
3. Tap Manage apps & device → Updates available.
4. Find RingFree Communicator and tap Update.

Option B: Update from the app’s store page

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for RingFree Communicator.
3. Tap the app in the results, then tap Update.
   - If you only see Open, you’re already up to date.

Turn on automatic updates (optional)

1. In Google Play Store, tap your profile icon → Settings.
2. Tap Network preferences → Auto-update apps.
3. Choose Over Wi-Fi only (recommended) or Over any network.

Check your installed version (optional)

1. Open RingFree Communicator → Settings/About to see the version.
2. Or view the version on the app’s Google Play page.
