  • Initiate or answer a call (e.g., with test extension 161).
  • Tap the options menu during the active call and select "Transfer Call."
  • Enter a park extension within the system's configured park range (e.g., 681 to 690). The video emphasizes the importance of confirming your organization’s specific park extension range with your administrator.
  • Please note that the call parking numbers may change based on your system. You can have multiple parking lots. Usually, we do 701-720. But it could be different based on your preference.
  • Select the "Direct" option to park the call at the chosen extension (e.g., 681).

Retrieving a Parked Call:
Shows how to retrieve a parked call by simply dialing the park extension number used (e.g., 681). This action reconnects you to the parked call.
