Starting and Joining Meetings:

  • Explains how to create an instant meeting by selecting contacts from your directory and deciding whether the meeting is public or private.
  • Covers the “Join by Number” feature, which lets users join meetings using a meeting code provided by the organizer.

Joining Methods:

  • Shows how to join a meeting using your computer, desk phone, or the Ring Free Communicator mobile app.
