Background Noise & Echo Fixes (Meetings & Calls)

Best practices

  • Use a **wired or USB headset** for the best mic isolation.
  • Mute when you’re not speaking, especially in large meetings.
  • Keep speakers away from the microphone to avoid feedback.

Troubleshooting echo

  • If others hear themselves, lower your speaker volume or switch to a headset.
  • Move the microphone closer to your mouth and away from the speakers. 

Noise reduction options (Meeting)

- Some versions provide noise suppression; enable it in the app settings if available.
 RingFree → Preferences → Audio → Meeting: Noise suppression toggle
